Note | On August 20 1892 Sarah Joyner and the children of JM Pruden sold 88 acres to William J. Joyner for $600. The land was bordered on the east by Goodwin Pruden, on the west by James Holland, on the north by John Norfleet and on the south by James Binford. |
Note | On February 3 1866 Sarah sold 34 acres of land to Jim Porter, a free man of color, for $160. The land is bounded by properties owned by Aaron Archer, George Godwin and William Pruden. Sarah owned the land free and clear of all claims. |
